Effective Date: June 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TAVii, Inc. (“TAVii,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our communications and customer-engagement platform, our website at tavii.ai, and the messaging services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). TAVii provides software that enables our business customers to communicate with their own customers, leads, and contacts across channels, including text message (SMS/MMS), WhatsApp, voice, and email.
TAVii operates the Services on behalf of our business customers (for example, restoration contractors and insurance-related organizations). When we process information to deliver messages that a business customer sends to its own contacts, we act as a service provider or processor on that customer’s behalf, and that customer’s own privacy policy also governs the relationship with its contacts. When we collect information directly — for example, through tavii.ai or when a business signs up for the Services — we act on our own behalf, and this Policy applies.
We collect the following categories of information:
We use information to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services; to send and receive messages our customers initiate; to process opt-in and opt-out requests; to provide support; to generate analytics and recommendations for our customers; to bill for the Services; to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and to comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We use mobile information only to deliver the messaging described in this Policy and in our Terms & Conditions — for example, to send and receive messages, to deliver the texts our business customers send to their own contacts, to process opt-in and opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) requests, and to provide support. We may disclose mobile information to the service providers that help us transmit messages (such as our telecommunications carrier and messaging infrastructure provider), who are contractually permitted to use it only to perform those services on our behalf and not for their own purposes.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can request help by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Additional terms are described in our Terms & Conditions.
We disclose information in the following ways:
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the purpose for which it is processed. We retain records of opt-out requests as needed to honor them.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act and other applicable U.S. state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act), including the right to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, the right to opt out of the “sale” of personal information or targeted advertising, and the right to data portability. TAVii does not sell personal information, and does not sell or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in data. Where we process information on behalf of a business customer, we will direct your request to that customer or assist them in responding. To exercise your rights, contact us using the information in Section 12.
The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.
The Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL and revise the “Effective Date” above. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
