These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the text-messaging program (the “Program”) operated by TAVii, Inc. (“TAVii,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the text messages (SMS/MMS) we send and receive through our communications platform. By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.
TAVii provides a platform that enables businesses to communicate with their customers, leads, and contacts by text message. Through the Program, you may receive messages such as responses to your inquiries, appointment and scheduling information, status and service updates, customer-care messages, and other communications related to the business you are interacting with.
When you provide your mobile telephone number and opt in — for example, by submitting a form, checking a consent box, replying to a message, or otherwise requesting contact — you consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages at that number from TAVii on behalf of the relevant business. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with the relevant business.
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier. Check your mobile plan for details.
You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from that program unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@tavii.ai.
Supported carriers may include AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and other major and regional carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be the account holder or have authority to consent for the mobile number you provide, and you must be of legal age to enter into these Terms. You agree to notify us if you change or relinquish the mobile number you provided.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. As described there, your mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms at this URL and updating the “Effective Date” above. Your continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
