Security

Effective Date: June 11, 2026

Security is foundational to how TAVii, Inc. (“TAVii”) builds and operates its platform. Because we handle communications and contact data on behalf of our business customers, we apply layered safeguards across our infrastructure, applications, and operations. This page summarizes our practices.

1.Infrastructure

The TAVii platform is built on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure operated by Amazon Web Services (AWS), benefiting from the physical and network security of a leading cloud provider. Our environment is designed for isolation, redundancy, and resilience.

2.Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS, and data at rest is encrypted using strong, widely adopted encryption standards.

3.Access Controls

Access to systems and data is restricted on a least-privilege basis. Internal access requires authentication and is limited to personnel who need it to operate and support the platform. Credentials and secrets are stored in a dedicated secrets-management system.

4.Monitoring and Logging

We log system and account activity and monitor our environment for anomalous or unauthorized behavior, with audit trails maintained to support investigation and accountability.

5.Tenant Data Isolation

The platform is multi-tenant by design, with logical controls that separate each customer’s data so that one customer cannot access another customer’s information.

6.Vendor and Subprocessor Management

We rely on a limited set of reputable service providers (such as our cloud and messaging infrastructure providers) and require them to maintain security practices appropriate to the services they perform on our behalf.

7.Incident Response

We maintain processes to detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents, and will notify affected customers of incidents that materially affect their data as required by applicable law and our agreements.

8.Shared Responsibility

Security is a shared responsibility. Customers are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials, managing their own users’ access, and using the platform in accordance with our terms and applicable law.

9.Reporting a Concern

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability or have a security question, please contact us so we can investigate promptly:
