TCPA & Messaging Compliance

Effective Date: June 11, 2026

TAVii, Inc. (“TAVii”) is committed to responsible, consent-based communication. This page describes how the TAVii platform is designed to support compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the rules of the major U.S. wireless carriers, and applicable state messaging laws, and how compliance responsibilities are shared between TAVii and the businesses that use our platform.

1.Consent (Opt-In)

Messages are sent only to recipients who have provided prior express consent to be contacted. Consent is obtained through a clear opt-in — such as submitting a form, checking a consent box, replying to a message, or otherwise requesting contact — and is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Consent disclosures identify the program, describe the types of messages, and reference message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and how to opt out.

2.Sender Identification

Messages identify the business on whose behalf they are sent so recipients always know who is contacting them.

3.Opt-Out and Help

Every recipient can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and can request assistance by replying HELP. Opt-out requests are honored promptly and the recipient is suppressed from further messages unless they opt in again.

The platform automatically processes STOP, HELP, and START keywords and maintains a suppression list so that opted-out numbers are not contacted.

4.Timing of Messages

Messages are sent within hours permitted by applicable law and carrier guidelines, and the platform is configured to respect quiet-hour restrictions based on the recipient’s location.

5.Recordkeeping

We retain records of consent and opt-out activity as needed to honor recipient preferences and to demonstrate compliance.

6.Carrier Registration (A2P 10DLC)

TAVii registers messaging brands and campaigns through The Campaign Registry (TCR) under the A2P 10DLC framework and operates in accordance with the requirements of the participating wireless carriers.

7.Responsibilities of Our Business Customers

TAVii provides the tools to capture consent, honor opt-outs, and document messaging activity. Businesses that use the platform are responsible for obtaining valid consent from their own contacts, for the content of the messages they send, and for using the platform in compliance with applicable laws and carrier rules. Compliance is a shared responsibility, and TAVii reserves the right to suspend messaging that violates these standards.
